Thanks for your updates on the draft this past month. One thing I noticed on draft night was just how important the combine performances were. If you look at the "winners and losers" articles from guys like Givony, John Hollinger and Chad Ford, its pretty incredible how much that impacted the draft a month later. You go down the list and every guy that performed well at the combine (especially the 5 on 5) really helped their draft stock (Barnes, Primo, Hyland, Christopher, Grimes all impressed in those and were first rounders and Wieskamp too as an early 2nd rounder). Guys that had bad performance either went undrafted (Nix, Steward) or really hurt their stock (Greg Brown - mid-2nd round pick after being mocked in 1st round early on). Of course Sharife Cooper was the big exception, but understandable given his lack of size and poor shooting.
Great job grinding the draft! Started following during NFL draft season and it's been impressive to watch you pivot to NBA.
